Yunnan Yellow Tea

from £12.50

Yunnan Yellow Tea 雲南景谷黃茶

Yunnan Yellow Tea is crafted from premium yellow bud tea, processed through a two-stage frying and wrapping technique. During the wrapping process, the leaves gradually turn yellow, giving the tea a vibrant orange liquor with a smooth and refined texture.

While yellow tea is typically produced in winter, this special batch is spring-picked, resulting in a richer, more lasting floral aroma and a sweet, refreshing aftertaste.

Features

• Ingredients: Yellow bud tea

• Processing: Twice-fried, twice-wrapped to enhance flavor and color

• Appearance: Golden-yellow leaves, bright orange liquor

• Aroma: High and enduring floral fragrance

• Flavour: Rich, smooth, with a lingering sweet aftertaste

Brewing Instructions

• Use 3–5 grams of dry tea

• Brew with 100°C (212°F) water at a 1:25 tea-to-water ratio

• Steep for about 20 seconds

• Enjoy the delicate balance of floral fragrance and lasting sweetness
