Grown primarily in the Mingjian Township of Nantou County, this tea is crafted from the Cui Yu cultivar. It is a lightly oxidized tea that undergoes medium roasting, offering a unique combination of creamy and floral notes.

  • Process: Withering, rolling, light baking, medium roasting

  • Appearance: Small, tightly rolled green pearls

Brewing Instructions:

  1. Use 3-4 grams (a teaspoon) of tea leaves for 6-8 ounces of water.
